OUR EQUIPMENT
Our purpose-built Australian manufactured trailer mounted hot water rig can be quickly and easily mobilised wherever the job takes us.
Fitted with an 80mtr water supply inlet hose, a 100mtr high pressure hose with an additional 150mtr hose extension added where needed. The 80mtr supply hose and 250mtr pressure cleaning hose gives us access up to 330mtrs enabling us to perform our pressure cleaning services on the largest, most challenging, and most difficult-to-access sites.
Adjustable pressure output ranges from as low as 1,000psi for the most delicate of jobs and as high as 5,075psi for the most extreme pressure cleaning tasks. Inbuilt Venturi Valve for measuring chemical dosing, Emergency Stop (E-Stop), Isolation Switch, and Fire Extinguishers are fitted.
The water inlet and reserve tank are both fitted with a Filtration System to ensure a clean water supply from rainwater tank systems by eliminating debris and organic material contamination transfer.
A high-capacity diesel-powered hot water boiler with adjustable temperature control allows our machine operator to adjust the water temperature for any type of cleaning from as low as 30°c to as high as 155°c giving us the ability to tackle any job.
These extreme temperatures generate an enormous amount of steam which has the capacity to effectively and safely kill all manner of dangerous organic microorganisms such as mould and mildew spores which are deeply embedded well beyond just the surface being cleaned.
