Our Performance Guarantee gives our clients peace of mind well before any work has commenced, and long after its completed.
Our Performance Guarantee is unlimited for all work performed by Cleanpass Services Pty Limited and subject to the following terms outlined in points 1 to 5 below.
For us your satisfaction and confidence in our work are paramount. Our Performance Guarantee ensures that we strive for excellence in every service we provide, backed by our commitment to accountability and quality assurance.
a). This does not include approval for internal cleaning works such as kitchen or bathroom cleaning outside our scope of works performed by Cleanpass Services, and is only subject to the works performed by Cleanpass Services.
a) Our Director will attend the premises to inspect and address with you any concerns and arrange for any the necessary rectifications to be made immediately, or at a time that suits you.
a) We will need to jointly agree on an independent expert to provide a report at the initial expense (subject to point 5. below) of Cleanpass Services Pty Limited.
b) If the independent expert report indicates that Cleanpass Services has not satisfactorily performed their services we will immediately rectify any issues reported.
c) Until this is rectification is completed, you will not need to pay for the job.
a) Any advance payment will be refunded in full, and any balance owing waived in full.
a) The Customer will be required to pay any balanced owed to Cleanpass Services for services rendered, and reimburse Cleanpass Services for full cost of the independent expert report.
