Ideal for cleaning any building exterior, signage, shower blocks, factory and warehouse internal cleaning and sanitation, glass and window washing, solar panel cleaning and much more.
  • A solution in which professional-grade sodium hypochlorite (12.5% bleach) is diluted with water at a ratio of 1:10 to 1:20, then sprayed onto exterior surfaces of buildings where mould, mildew and algae are present. This solution is allowed to dwell for approx. 5 mins and is used to safely and effectively kill the mould, mildew and algae before it’s gently washed away.
  • Killing mould, mildew and algae before washing it away is crucial. Failure to do this will simply move the problem elsewhere and encourage regrowth on the exterior surfaces of the building. Soft Washing may also include the use of environmentally friendly 100% biodegradable foaming detergents and surfactant soaps. These foaming detergents are used to cut through heavy deposits of contaminants and dirt using either hot or cold water.
• Hot Water & Steam Pressure Cleaning Services – this service can be performed using either high or low pressure and is ideal for removing stubborn set-in stains, cleaning up spills, sanitation cleaning, treating and removing odours, microorganism contamination treatment and removal, rubbish room washdown, loading dock cleaning, weed & seed cleaning, oil spill clean-up, grease and stain removal, chewing gum removal, fuel spill clean-up, and roof cleaning.
